1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bd458 ("bd458", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the bd458 online betting and gaming platform accessible at bd458.app and all associated sub-pages, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

1.1 Platform Access

bd458 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, including in response to technical issues, regulatory requirements, or violations of these Terms. bd458 makes no representation that the Platform is available for use in all geographic locations.

1.2 Platform Currency

The primary transactional currency of the bd458 Platform is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), denoted by the symbol ৳. All deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bet stakes, winnings, bonuses, and account balances displayed on the Platform are expressed in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the bd458 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal recreational purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party in relation to any bet or wager placed on the Platform.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of bd458 or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or payment partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an account closed by bd458 for breach of these Terms.
• You are capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

2.1 Restricted Jurisdictions

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the bd458 Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. bd458 does not provide legal advice in this regard. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted do so entirely at their own risk. bd458 reserves the right to close accounts and withhold funds where it determines that a player has accessed the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

2.2 Age Verification

bd458 may request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including at the point of registration, at the point of first withdrawal, or at any point where bd458 has reasonable grounds to question a player's age. Acceptable documentation includes a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe stipulated by bd458 will result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual player may hold only one (1) registered account on the bd458 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your bd458 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change. bd458 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bd458 account username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bd458 immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bd458 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations to maintain a safe and responsible gaming environment. You may be required to complete identity verification before making your first withdrawal or when your cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed certain thresholds. KYC documentation requests will be communicated to you via your registered email address. bd458 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality pending satisfactory KYC completion.

3.4 One Account Per Household

Only one registered bd458 account is permitted per household address, per device, and per IP address. Where bd458 identifies multiple accounts associated with the same household, it reserves the right to investigate and, where appropriate, to close duplicate accounts and void any associated bets, bonuses, or winnings.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the bd458 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bd458 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your bd458 account balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount at bd458 is ৳200. bd458 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bd458 accepts no responsibility.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — deposits made using a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited.
• bd458 reserves the right to return deposits and request alternative payment methods where third-party funding is suspected.
• Deposits that remain unplayed for a period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity processing fee as detailed in the Inactive Account section of these Terms.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by bd458 promptly following satisfactory KYC verification. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. bd458 does not impose arbitrary withdrawal delays, but processing times may vary depending on the payment provider's own processing schedules.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to verified payment methods only.
• bd458 may request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed while a player has active pending bonus wagering requirements attached to their account balance.
• In cases where a withdrawal request is made to a payment method that is no longer active, bd458 will work with the player to identify an alternative verified withdrawal method.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on bd458 are conducted in BDT. bd458 does not apply foreign exchange conversion fees on BDT transactions. Where a player's payment provider applies a currency conversion at their end, bd458 accepts no responsibility for any loss or cost arising from such conversion.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bd458 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to inactive account balances after this period, provided the player has been notified by email in advance. Where an inactive account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a closed inactive account should contact [email protected].

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bd458 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the individual promotion as published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active, in addition to these general Terms.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by bd458 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met in full, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. A player is not eligible for a welcome bonus if they have previously held a bd458 account, regardless of whether that account was closed. bd458 reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw a bonus offer from a player where there are reasonable grounds to believe the player is not a genuine new depositing player.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and associated wagering requirements cannot be reinstated.

5.4 bd458 Right to Amend or Cancel Promotions

bd458 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to promotion terms will be published on the Platform and will take effect immediately upon publication. Players who have already accepted a bonus offer before a modification is announced will have their existing bonus governed by the terms in force at the time of acceptance.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bd458 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet.

6.1 Sportsbook Bets

Bets placed on the bd458 sportsbook are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. bd458 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in error — including odds that deviated materially from the prevailing market due to a technical or human error — provided that bd458 notifies the affected player promptly. In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended at any time during an event at bd458's discretion.

• Minimum single bet stake: ৳50.
• Maximum payout per bet slip: as published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.
• Cash-out functionality is available on selected markets subject to the rules applicable to each market.
• Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or voided will be settled according to the specific settlement rules for that sport as published on the Platform.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games on the bd458 Platform — including live dealer games, video slots, table games, and instant-win titles — are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streams provided by licensed third-party studios. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published by the respective game providers and are available on request.

6.3 Technical Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a game or bet, bd458 reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the stake to the player's account. bd458 does not accept liability for losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, device malfunctions, or third-party network outages.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd458 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the Platform:

• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any point, including during registration, KYC, or support interactions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such advantage must be reported to bd458 immediately and any winnings derived from exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, especially in poker, live dealer, or any multi-player game format.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform for commercial purposes, including arbitrage betting, matched betting services, or professional syndicate operations conducted in a manner designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Using the Platform while under the influence of self-exclusion from bd458 or any affiliated platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bd458 staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.

7.1 Anti-Money Laundering

bd458 maintains robust anti-money laundering (AML) controls. All players are subject to ongoing transaction monitoring. bd458 may freeze account funds and file reports with relevant authorities where it identifies transactions that appear inconsistent with legitimate recreational gambling activity. Players are required to cooperate fully with any AML investigation, including providing source-of-funds documentation upon request.

8. Responsible Gaming

bd458 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its player base. We provide a range of tools designed to help players manage their gambling activity. The use of these tools is voluntary and can be initiated by contacting [email protected] or through your account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; reductions take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of each gaming session with on-screen reminder alerts.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-up notifications showing the time elapsed and net win/loss position during a session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

bd458 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation requiring the account to be closed.
• Prolonged inactivity as defined in section 4.4 of these Terms.

9.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your bd458 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. bd458 will process account closure requests within 5 business days.

9.2 Balance on Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed by bd458 due to a breach of these Terms, including fraud, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse, bd458 reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and withhold any withdrawal of winnings derived from prohibited conduct. The player will be notified of this action by email to their registered address.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd458 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses resulting from bets or wagers placed on the Platform.
• Loss of data, account access, or platform availability due to technical issues.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on the Platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond bd458's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits bd458's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by bd458.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bd458 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bd458 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment. bd458 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. bd458 operates a transparent and fair dispute resolution process. Players who wish to raise a complaint or dispute should follow the procedure below.

12.1 Complaint Procedure

In the first instance, all complaints must be submitted in writing to bd458's customer support team at [email protected], clearly stating the nature of the dispute, the relevant account details, the date(s) of the event(s) in question, and the resolution sought. bd458 aims to respond to all complaints within 4–12 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and to resolve disputes within 14 calendar days of receipt.

12.2 Escalation

Where a complaint is not resolved to the player's satisfaction within the standard resolution timeframe, the player may request escalation to bd458's senior compliance team. bd458 will acknowledge escalated complaints within 48 hours and provide a final written decision within 28 calendar days of escalation.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bd458 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
